Tulsa ranked No. 7 on the list, with BusinessWeek&#039;s editors also noting the community&#039;s solid housing market. Oklahoma City was No. 3.&quot;

So apparently, still in a recession, but obviously recovering and not really doing too badly (or so it would seem).
