How’s This For A Footprint?!

Greenhouse gas, a gas in an atmosphere that absorbs and emits radiation with the thermal infrared range (or so they say), is one of the main culprits of global warming and/or climate change.  Here’s a link to an overview of greenhouse gases by the Environmental Protection Agency.  Carbon dioxide (CO2) is the primary greenhouse gas emitted through human activities.  The main human activity that emits CO2 is the combustion of fossil fuels (coal, natural gas, and oil) for energy and transportation. This is  where the term carbon footprint  comes in to play.   And speaking of footprints, here is the CO2 Infographic produced by  Stanford Kay Studio and see how your country contribute.  Enjoy!
