Vivaldi, that is. And, while “The Four Seasons” may be one of the most recognized pieces by Vivaldi, I would say “Gloria” is a close second. Regardless of which is your favorite, one thing remains constant: Antonio Lucio Vivaldi, a virtuoso violinist in his own right, is recognized as one of the greatest composers of the Baroque era. Here’s “Gloria” (performed by the National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, conducted by R. Mlkeyan — at a nice brisk tempo). Enjoy!
