Last week, I resurrected my attempt to finalize the lyrics of a song for piano that I had written back when I was in high school. This week will be the continuation of the lyrics.
It was simple, and spacious,
And, oh how divine,
Was nestled quite snugly,
Beneath the tall pine.
A dream that won’t end,
A dream that will offer you strength,
Year after year.
Upon another week’s reflection, I’m pretty sure that the initial piece (from last week) combined with today’s tidbit will serve as the first verse of the song. Now on to the refrain and additional verses.
