Willingness to Fail!

If we are truly honest with ourselves, no one enjoys “failing” at anything.  Failure and failing carry with them a very bad connotation.  However, those who become truly successful have found a way to embrace failure as a good thing and to use this to their advantage.   Here are some quotations that will help put this in perspective a bit.

“If you want to be successful, you must be willing to fail, and you must be intent to learn from those failures.”(John Maxwell)

“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.” (Samuel Beckett)

“Don’t fear failure so much that you refuse to try new things. The saddest summary of a life contains three descriptions: could have, might have, and should have.”  (Louis E. Boone)

“Even if you fall on your face, you’re still moving forward.”  (Robert C. Gallagher)

“Failure doesn’t mean that you’re a failure… it just means that you haven’t succeeded yet.”  (Robert Schuler)
