Here’s another gem from   And, what a great bit of humor to help us kick off the Leadership Summit of the Special Libraries Association.

Additionally, I ran across a new word this week . . . a word that I think ties in very closely to leadership discussions.  Or more specifically makes me ponder the qualities of the truly great and genuine leaders of our time who manage to lead without the pretention.  A rarity indeed?  Leadership is so much bigger than merely status and the perception of importance.

\pan-JAN-druhm\ , noun;
