Single-Sided!

During the course of my careers, I’ve had the opportunity to read, proofread, or produce numerous documents, manuscripts, reports, or books.  Many of the officially published items have been of the opisthographic nature while many of the non- or pre-published variety of report or manuscript have been of an anopisthographic nature.

Manuscript, parchment, or book having writing on only one side of the leaves.

If text was written on one side only, then the roll was known as an anopisthograph; if on both sides, then as an opisthograph.
