Just a Sample!

Happy Monday!  I had some friends over for dinner a couple of weeks ago and a word came up in conversation that I had never heard before.  So, here you go . . .  I could not let this opportunity escape without utilizing this fabulous word.  Prior to serving any cheesecake, and before applying any finishing garnish, I cut the cheesecake into aliquot parts.
