This infographic (courtesy of www.vinepair.com) features the flavors associated with the tempranillo varietal (a Spanish black grape varietal – it’s name is also a reference to when it ripens — “temprano” in Spanish means “early” and this variety tends to ripen several weeks earlier than other Spanish varieties).
